remove envelope toolbar - Word Document 1

A user opened a Word document I created and somehow opened the envelope toolbar so everytime ANYONE opens this document it has the e-mail toolbar at the top. I have gone into the customize toolbars option, but the envelope won't uncheck! I am able to remove other toolbars, but not the envelope. Any suggestions on how to remove the toolbar?

if that doesn't work set a macro with this line

ActiveDocument.EnvelopeVisible = False
