I have a large amount of files linked together to create one mass table. A lot of these excel documents have a lot of empty lines at the end of their lists that are showing up on the mass list. I would rather not try and go into each individual list and attempt to remove the empty lines there is currently about 2,000 empty lines and i still have more excel documents to link. Is ther a way to automaticaly remove them useing something like Filter on Load?

Thanks,
Glenn

Can you give a little more detail? What do you intend to do with these files? Are they to remain linked or do you intend to import them? Is adding a named range a possibility? Are the files manipulated through reports and / or forms (if so, ADO is a possible solution). Are you looking for a presentation solution or do you wish to remove the empty lines, and so on.

Well I figured it out last night after I went home all I needed to do was open the table in Datasheet view then go to the home tab. Then click on an empty cell then go to Selection Under Sort and Filter and click Dose Not Equal Blank. Then poof problem solved. Thank you for your time tho.
