remove email accounts 1

Email accounts are attached to login accounts. Is there any way I can remove an email account without removing the login account? I am trying to consolidate email to one generic account and if possible i would like not to delete and recreate the login accounts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So you right click on the account, go to Exchange tasks, and what are the options? What have you tried with test accounts?

Thanks. U my hero. I totally missed the options when right click. I've went over every tab from within the mailbox and could find how to remove the mailbox. This will save me quite a bit of time.
