Remove earlier of two versions of Adobe Shockwave Player.

Howdy All! ...

Have two versions (12.0 & 12.1) of [blue]Adobe Shockwave Player[/blue] that show up in control panel. How do I get rid of the former version without harming the latter? ... or is this even necessary?

Suggestions fully appreciated ...
