Problem:

On the citrix box I have

Server (p)
Server (u)
Server (t) drives that are all mapped to the local C drive. These three drive letter corespunds to the network drives I need to have mapped to my public and private drives. How can I remove them? I need to have these drives mapped to something like \\servername\public

Help would be greatly appreciated.

This posting is a little clearer but still confusing.

Here's what it sounds like:

When you connect to Citrix, your drives are remapped. This is preventing your Word macro from functioning correctly.

If that's it you have a few choices:

1) create a duplicate Word macro which points to the new drive letter.

2) change the setting in Program Neighbourhood to prevent drive re-mapping

3) ask the Citrix admin to change the server setting to prevent drive re-mapping

Hope that helps
