I havd 5 email domains on our dc for 2003. I moved a single domain to our new server on a different domain, However i still recieve email after the MX record was changed. But only from the internal server, so i need to change the ip address in the DNS or remove it totally. Any good help out there for this?

How long have you been receiving the mail from the internal server? Days, weeks? It could just be a matter of the cached record expiring. If it has been weeks, then do an NSLOOKUP from that internal server and query for MX records and see what you get. After doing this you should know where the internal server is looking for name resolution and you should be knowing what, if any, MX record the server is using to send mail.

I have fixed this issue, it seems you have to delete all addresses and active directory accounts, not just disable them. thanks for the response.
