You do not remove a DN from the PBX, you cannot. If you want to remove where it is programmed, that is different. Let us know what kind of PBX, what kind of phone and we can give you more information.
If this is not what you meant, give us a scenario so we can help.
We have an option 81c, the problem is we have 5 digit dialing and we had to release some of our dn's to our local co for faxing thru athena to various doctors, the problem is when we fax our pbx thru 5 digits it doesn't work, so we have the user dial all ten, but our pbx is stripping off the digits to go thru 5 digit dialing and it doesnt work bc we no longer have that dn.
If you look in LD 90 there may be an entry that corresponds to this number(s), That entry will be associated with an RLI. When you have that, go to LD 86 and prt RLB and enter the RLI # at the prompt. When that prints out you will see each entry (possibly more than 1) has a DMI. In LD 86 again, PRT DGT, enter the DMI and it will show you what the system is doing to the digits, in this case deleting.
The easy solution is to go to LD 90 and find another similar number that works externally, then use that RLI with the number you are having issues with. You can change that in LD 90, then test.
