Hi all,

I am tring to remove some DN extension on CS1k that are no longer need,

I typed these lines

LD 20
REQ:OUT
TYPE : 1150
TN : XXXXXXX

then this is what i got ;
TYPE: 1150
TN XXXXXXX
SCH1509
_
Google it, the answers found were not match my case.
Someone could please help me find out what this message said ?

Look forward to your reply.

Thanks !

SCH1509 Cannot MOV/OUT acquired TN. First De-acquire the TN and then proceed
with MOV/OUT request
Action: De-acquire the TN and then proceed with MOV/OUT operation.
Severity: Minor. Critical to Monitor: No. SNMP trap: No

Go into CCMA and deacquire the TN first or go to LD 48 and manually deacquire the TN before you out it

You need to deacquire the ACD set first before any changes are made to remove it. You can either do this from the ACD call centre application or via LD 48.

Deacquire an acquired 'AGENT' :
LD 48: Use the command
DACR AGT <Loop> <Shelf> <Card> <Unit><CR>

Deacquire an acquired 'ROUTE' :
LD 48: Use the command
.DACR RTE <Route#> <Customer#><CR>

Deacquire 'ALL' acquired devices on a specified link:
LD 48: Use the command
DACR ALL <Link#><CR>

Deacquire an acquired 'CDN' :
LD 23
REQ <DACR>
TYPE <CDN>
CUST <Customer#>
CDN <XXXX>

Deacquire an acquired 'ACDDN' :
LD 23:
REQ <DACR>
TYPE <ACD>
CUST <Customer#>
ACDN <XXXX>

I did this instead, i just did not want to touch the AACC.

THank you very much Brothers, @yyrkroon & @FirebirdScrambler

In a few days i have learned somes because you. I have experienced VOIP system (IPO _ Asterisk_ Free PBX) but this CS1K was very strange for me.

Once again thanks!

Hello Guys,

After de-aquire TNs number and ACD just stop working, and displays TN invalid... this TN is part of the TNs recently remove on the system..
Could you please post the cmd to be able to aquire this TN on the system ?

THanks !

I Google it in the meantime .... Look forward to your reply.

Thanks !

Hello !

"To acquire the TN, you need to do it from the ACD application."

You mean within the CCMA >> Configuration >> Phone and Voice Ports ??I can even the TN number still in Aquired state,i unchecked then Acquired again but it appears "Aquired Pendind then Not Aquired"

Any advice ,please

Look forward to your reply...
Thanks !

@FirebirdScrambler , But i ve de-aquired the TN on the CS1K side...

Do you think it must be re acquired within the CS1K agin, i do not know ... i 've made research no ld shown this kind of configuration.

Please advise ...

Thanks !

An ACD set linked to a Call Centre Application such as Symposium, CCMA etc can be deacquired from the CS1K and the ACD application but it can only be acquired by the Call Centre Application. You need to log into it and navigate as suggested in a previous reply.

Is there programming on that TN? It appears earlier in the thread that you may have outed it's programming. If there is no programming on the TN then no call center application can acquire it. If the set display is displaying "TN Invalid" then it's likely the TN does not have the proper programming.

Ok_ i logged into the ccma , go to configuration and phone voice port option

As i said the TN # shown acquired , i first de-aquired then required it just appears *acquired pending* for a few sc... then Not acquired ...
you can see the picture below...

please advise ...

THanks !

Check in CCMA that the ACD extension details are all as expected in the programming area. Also check on the CS1K that the phone is OK and plugged in. Do a IDU to confirm. Check it's the same Phone type and TN being used.

Hello Guys,

I do have re-acquired the TN number within the PBX side within the load : ld 20 Req:new >TN: TN#

But the Key line are blank,

KEY (-------)

do you know the lod to set it done .

Thanks !

I would post the current configuration of the affected TN

>LD 20
REQ: PRT
TYPE: 1150
TN: XXXXXXX

If you know what keys need to be entered, then do something like

>LD 20
REQ: CHG
TYPE: 1150
TN: XXXXXXX
ECHG YES
KEY 02 ADL 16
KEY 03 ADL 16
KEY 16 MWK 7000
Press enter a couple of times to finish and apply the changes.

Never do an easy change on an ACD set. Doing so can cause data corruption in your switch if certain things are changed.

At ECHG answer no and step through the prompts until you get to the one you want to change.

THanks Guys ! @Wanebo + @FirebirdScrambler

@Wanebo, i do agree with you... i'll do as you suggested .

Thanks !

Ok guys,

Just a question,

If i just copy a well known DN configuration, then from this new agent, i just change the TN #, and the Key parameter then paste all for this agent by doing the ld 20 > req:new and paste all will it works ?

Thanks !

Yes, but the only change you have to make when you copy is the position ID. Once the change is done, you will probably still need to alter any other changes such as forwarding, NCOS, Pickup, DN numbers etc by doing a change.
