remove deleted items and custom reply to rule

hi there..

i have a couple of questions regarding outlook 2003

1st question

when i delete an item, a single line goes through it but it remains in the list. how can i just make it remove from the list and goto the trash.

2nd question

when i reply to an email and click send, i want outlook to automatically place the original email from the recipient into a 'Replied To' personal folder.

eg:

I have one email Payment Details from jim@mail.com in my Inbox

when i open the email, click reply.. and send.. i want outlook to automatically move the original Payment Details email from jim@mail.com to a Replied To personal folder.

can this be done in the rules??
