Hi, I'm using Accpac 6.
I have an OE order which has been partly shipped/invoiced.
I wanted to cancel one remaining item and therfore set qty ordered to zero and set the line item to complete.
I missed changing the qty comitted to zero as well unfortunately.
The OE order is not completed but the line item is and I don't seem to be able to remove the comitted qty for that line item.

How to make the qty available again?

Edit OEORDD and set COMPLETE to 0 for the detail line, then edit the order and set qty committed = 0.

Thanks ettienne.
What about committed qty in IC Locations? Or do I need to change committed qty in ICILOC as well?

No - you're going to set committed qty to 0 in the OE order right? After setting the COMPLETE flag to 0 in the OEORDD table. Then why would you want to change anything in ICILOC?

Because I've set committed qty to 0 and completed to 0 in OEORDD but under IC Location Details the item is still showing as committed and I cannot use the item for another order.
Running day end will just complete the line item again, but not update IC Location details.

No you did it wrong. You should have only set COMPLETE to 0 in the OEORDD table. You should NOT have set committed qty = 0 in the OEORDD table!!!!!
If you edit the OE order using the OE Order Enrty screen (after setting COMPLETE=0) and change committed qty to 0 in the OE Order Entry screen then it will update all the relevant tables. Clear?
