My recently purchased Western Digital My Book External Drive doesn't seem to receive power and I want to remove drive from the case. WD doesn't encourage this (they say they will void warranty) and does not provide directions. I can't figure out how to open the case to get to the hard drive. Any thoughts. thanks.
