Remove CA

I have been playing around with certificates on a test CA, but now since I don't leave the server on all day my DC is complaining the it can't find the RPC server. If I were to remove the test CA, will the DC be able to authenticate itself?

The CA, does not affect DC authentication. Run a DCDIAG and a NETDIAG on the DC to see if you are having issues with AD.
