remove blank lines from list box in 6i form

Ive got a Yes/No List Box on a form. Playing around with it, I added some other blank lines in the List Elements dialog and i cant get rid of them. Now my Yes/No list box has 5 or 6 blank selections below the Yes and No selections. I cant get rid of the blank lines even though there's no List Item Values or List Elements for any of the blank lines. I even tried changing the item back to a text item thinking that would get rid of the information that the List Item was made up of. But when i changed the item back to a List item again, the old/original information re-appeared. How can i get rid of these phantom list elements?
Where is Oracle storing this information so that it can "bring it back" when i re-create the list item?
