Remove AR statement form code

I have created a new AR statement (FORM "2&quotusing Crystal Report in AR Statement Printing. I accidentally punched "23" instead of "2". Now form "23" is created in the form list. I tried to get rid of it by deleting the file in the server. Deletion of the file was successful, however, form "23" still shows up in the list. How do I remove it?

You can remove the form through report manager. Library Master/Utilities/Report Manager/AR/Statements/Delete.
