Hi

OK I must be using the wrong LD as when I hit space after 05 it comes up with the SCH code

I am using LD 11

Cheers

Dave

the DN must first be removed from the GHT list. I have no idea what a GHT list is, but maybe you do. If you look up the codes that will help you a lot
luv2ski, i was with Nextira one from when they used to be Northern Telecom. I bet i know you!

Your 2616 is in a Group Hunt List.

Try this:

LD 20

REQ: PRT

TYPE GHT

LSNO <return>

Find which GHT list 3353 is in and the 'STOR x' number.

Go to LD 18

REQ: CHG

TYPE GHT

LSNO <the GHT list found in LD 20>

STOR x <space> <return>

as many <returns> as necessary

You can now 'NUL' the key on your 2616.

looks spot on

If I make the changes do I have to remove the extension form the GHT then nul the key on the 2616 and then readd the extension to GHT for the MCR to continue on all the other phones

Cheers

Yes, put the extension back in the GHT. LD 18 as shown above, but using:

STOR x 3353 <return>
