Remove the alpha?
You can "Interpret Footage" and "Ignore Alpha" by using the file pulldown menu:
FILE - INTERPRET FOOTAGE - MAIN - IGNORE ALPHA.
If you want to pull a key, you can use any of the available keying tools in AE.
