We have a Merlin Legend R3 processor with 2 408 GS/LS-MLX boards, and one 007 MLM voice mail with 2 voice mail ports.

How can I remove all programming from a single extension?

The extension has been programmed by the user but they can not remember what codes they have programmed.

The extension may have been programmed to not go to voicemail and now she needs voicemail.

Thanks,
Roy

Copy an unused extension's programming to it:
Sys Program >Exit >More >Ctrl Programming >Copy Extension

Pepperz@charter.net

A copy extension won't get rid of everything, though. If there are any lines assigned to the s/l set you will need to remove them from the set by going into Extensions>Lines and Trunks.

Thanks GoKings and PepperZ, problem fixed.
