Remove all Assignments from Assignments Page

Hi,

I have a large amount of test Workflow Assignments in "My Assignments " page. To clear my Assignments page I logged in as Admin to livelink and from the Workflow Volume page I deleted all instances of WF that I had in my Assignments page. Still I don't see the WF Assignments getting removed from "My Assignments" page.

Do I need to restart livelink after I deleted the WF instances ??

Where am I going wrong here ??

Do you know how many assignments were in your list ? are you sure you deleted the correct workflows from the volume ?

I have around 12 pages of Assignments in my personal - My Assignments page.

From the Admin, workflow volume I have deleted all the instances related to the WF Map that I am using. I don't see any instances related to the Assignments that I see in My Assignments page.

I have deleted the WF instance for which I see an Assignment in my Personal Assignment page.

One more thing here...

When I click on Personal ---> Assignments, I still have the 12 pages of assignments.

When I click on Personal --> Workflows and
Assignment tab I still see all the Assignments.

But,

When I click on Personal --> Workflows and
Status tab there are no items listed there.

Why is that I don't see the Assignments with the status on the Status tab ??

Sunu,
The reason that you see them on your Assignments list and not on your Workflow status list is likely to be a permissions issue on the workflow as you would be a Performer and not a Manager of the workflow map and instance.

Yes. That's correct. I figured that out a little late, though.

Still I am wondering why my "My Assignment" page shows all the Assignments of deleted workflow instances ???

Are you sure that the workflows shown in your assignments have been deleted or is it a duplicate workflow title ?
