Remove AGT from SPV

OPT11C Rls 23 How can I remove an agent from a supervisor agent key in order to out the agent TN on an ACD group.

With the supv out the agt tn displays SCH0767(Supervisor's AGT key must be removed before removing agent.) when attempt to out. This is where the problem lies.

I would just out the agent key on the Supv phone.

In LD 11 what cmd is used to out the agent key on the supv TN. nul does not work xx does not work.

you can't out the spv set?.. do not make changes on acd sets. way to much pdata pointing to that file.. your going to corrupt a database... i've gotten buy with it and know techs that do make changes.. i've also retyped 1000 stations due to an echg on an acd phone.. the on site did a backup.. ini'ed thinking he could fix the problem... switch never booted and he didn't have a non corrupt cdb..

using key ?? nul and then out the agt tn results in SCH0767 as mentioned previos. OR KEY ?? NUL and then trying to assign to another key results in SCH0750(Agent already has a supervisor).

yes can out the spv TN however when try to out the agent TN following that I get SCH0767 as mentioned previous.

If that agent is not on another supervisior phone, i would say you already have corrupted software

using key ?? nul You don't type ??, you put in the Key number that the agent appers on the Supv set. print the Supv TNB to see what key the agent is on.


You can't out an agent if it appears on a Supv set, so you need to remove it from the Supv set first. Then you can out the Agent set.


Some member's here will say don't make changes on an ACD set, but I have been doing it for better then 25 years and I havn't seen any corruption yet.

But you do it as you feel comfortable with.

I am not using key ?? just used that because you did on your first response.
Again cannot remove agent from supervisor key using the nul command or any other command that I know.

Did you try an X at the SPID prompt of your AGT TN? Make sure you don't use ECHG, just enter down to the prompt. As Mr. Poole has indicated, ECHG and MOV of ACD sets isn't recommended as it could cause database corruption.
