My boss insists there is a way to remove the Application XClose (so no one can even see it) for Access. I have found a lot of info on disabling the close, but nothing to REMOVE IT - any input most gratefully appreciated.
You should have your boss's job, as you are correct and your boss is wrong. Oh. Wait. There is a way...it involves a ton of API calls, disabling the Access window entirely, it's a nightmare to manage, and it's totally unecessary, as (as you know), it's easy enough to make the X ineffective.
