remove a veritas multipath device

I am trying to remove a multipath disk from veritas control,
but I got this:

>vxdiskunsetup EMC0_119
VxVM vxdiskunsetup ERROR V-5-2-3629 The dmpnode EMC0_119 is disabled.Can not
proceed with vxdiskunsetup.

>vxdisk list EMC0_119
