Remove a unknown account from my Mailbox Rights list.

I want to remove a unknown account from my Mailbox Rights list.
When I try to remove this account I get the next security warning: you cannot remove account unknown because this object is inheriting permissions from its parent, you must prevent this object from inheriting permissions.
Where do I have to delete this unknown account?

You'll have to follow the security chain up from the mailbox or down from the organisation level until you find the first place it is applied. Delete it there.

Could be at org level, admin group level, server level etc.

Do i have to search in the System manager or active directory?

Enable the security tab for all objects in ESM, then use ESM.
