Sorry if this is on a FAQ or been answered before. It seems basic but I could not find anything. How do you remove a class of service on an OPT11? I am looking to remove ADD and DDS from a 2616 so I can program on key07. It won't let me. It says these two CLS are on.

ADD is toggled by TDD not sure if DDS is toggled by NDD, but then you would lose your display?....

Yeah, I was thinking that but I looked at other 2616 with display and they don't have that CLS. I don't understand why it won't let me program that key. Do you have any suggestions?

I think you would have to go NDD, are you saying you have another one with a display, and you have changed the program key to something else??

If either the Meridian Programmable Data Adapter
(MPDA) or the Display Module is equipped, then
key 7 on sets M2008, M2216, and M2616 sets and
key 5 on set M2006 become Program keys which
cannot be used as function keys.

Right, I just realized that. I thought the open key was 7 and it was really 13. Interesting that some of the other 2616's don't have ADD or DDS listed in the CLS. Oh well, a mute point now. Thanks for your help!

7 for display and 15 for handsfree on 2616s

Display away = NDD = now you have key 7
Handsfree away = HFD = now you have key 15
