Removal of old email address

I added a new recipent policy to our exchange server and told it only to address a certain mailbox store. I didn't tell it not to do contacts unfortunately and it updated 1600 ish contacts that we have. I dont want these contacts to have this email address on.

Is there a way to remove these addresses on more than one contact at a time instead of one contact after the other?

I also need to remove our old email address from all our users/contacts as we have changed company name and still have very old email addresses on users that haven't been valid for quite some time.

Easiest way I would say is with vbscript.
