hello all,

our pabx systems all currently run with duplicated control set up. over time there have been issues most common is failing of standby side.
one of our engineers is proposing that the Duplicated control system may be responsible for these issues and want to disable it.
what is the effect of ending DC system on a live system? would it require a reboot of the PABX?

thx

Ending DC is fine as far as I know, you must make sure that you end the correct side though. If you end the executing side then you will have calls cut off as the other side takes over. Key command DCSSP to see which sides are executing.

Before ending you must block with DCBLI and then end with DCSYE.
