I am fairly new at connecting these 110 blocks for voice, and think I need to re-seed my c4 clips to get voice (cat3) line up. In trying to remove the c5 clip I am afraid I will break the plastic 110. Is there a tool to remove these clips? Maybe an easy way to remove them that I have not tried? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You just pry off 110 block, discard clip, and install new clip. I usually grab clip with pliers and use a knife to pry-up bottom of clip to remove. It is a real pain.

Good Luck!!

Thanks, I wasnt sure if there was a certain way to remove those clips or not..

Best thing is to use a small channel lock plier set to fit the right thickness. Grasp the c4-c5 firmly at the left (blue) side; while pulling out and to the right, move the c4-c5 up and down to release the pins. It should pop out fairly easily and after checking for bent or clogged pins, can be reused. If you want to get real smooth, use a credit card to hold the wires down while you do the removal. Practice this a few times and it becomes easy...
