I have a problem: I often need to recreate a different replicas of customer network in my lab, I ferquently add and disconnect IP500v2 as Expansion Server. There is no issue with addition, it goes fast and smooth, but when I disconnect I see the probles converting IP500v2 back to initial state.
After command "Remove server from the solution" the Primary Server quckly detaches Expansion Server from solution and all looks fine, but detached IP500v2 still remains in Expansion Server state. In order to return IP500v2 back to Standrd Edition mode I had to:
1) Make the "Erase Configuration" command by Manager
2) Wait for reboot
3) Re-connect to default address 192.168.42.1
4) Start ICU, select Standart mode
5) Wait for reboot
6) Change back LAN 1 IP address
7) Wait for reboot
5) Re-issue and re-install ID certificate as I use WebLM
Seems it is a lot of work, which is especially difficult to do remotly.
So, the question is - am I doing right?
Are thre some other, simplier way to detach Epansion Server from Solution?
