i have made a database for part-time staff.
i have a form where you enter the information about the lesson and what time it is going to be held.
when the date of the lesson is finished i want the database to promp the user to delete those files...and if the user clicks the yes button then the database removies those files.
or instead used removes the files without prompting the user.
is this possible?.,,,,if so how do i do it

if is a daily remove you can check what lessons are expired at every opening of the database (the user will open it at least one time per day) and then delete them.
Another way is to use a timer that start every some minutes and check for expired lessons and then ask to delete them or delete them directly.
