Remotely forward calls

Hi All,

After the recent snow we've had around our office - No one could get in to forward the calls from the main phone to an employees home phone.

Is it possible at all to remotely call/connect to the phones/BCM50 to forward calls. Baring in mind, there will be no one at the office end to allow remote connections.

None that I know of, but if you have remote access to programming you could change the FNA to the home number.

If you had DISA set up, it might be possible to forward some of the DID extensions to external destinations.
