Remotely change mode on SL2100

Hi Guys

Got a customer who wishes to change the time mode on an SL2100 remotely by dialling a number,

I found thread below but it doesn't seem to work when I dial an option,

Any suggestions?

Ok so there is a way to change mode by dialling a code and there there is a way to allow DISA access to do this but there are security concerns in doing that. So how secure do you want your system to be?
