Remotely cancel a call forward?

Hi,

I've got a couple of phones where the users forwarded them to their mobiles back when working from home for covid first started. They now want these forwards cancelling as they never go into the office to do it themselves. Is there a way of doing this from the switch?

You can just key in key 19 CFW 16 via an ECHG request or set up the FFC RCFW feature and do it from another working phone but it needs SCPW setting up.

Thanks, so effectively blanking key 16 removes the divert too?

I think we tried something like that ages ago & the divert still showed as active but didn't go anywhere. Not that it matters in this case as they just want to stop the calls reaching the mobiles.

Key 16 is usually for Messaging Waiting but key 19 is for Call Forward.
