remotely add user to RDP 2

Is there a way to remotely add a user to the list of allowed RDP accounts on an XP workstation?

I'd prefer not to go in as administrator to manually add the user, since that would log him and his programs off.

create a startup script, or use pstools, damware remote utilities, or hyena to run this remotely.

Or manage your local computer - connect to the remote computer, and add the user that way.
