Remotely Accessing a CallPilot

Have a problem accessing mail boxes remotely on a Call Pilot. A call is placed to a backdoor number and the system answers but I cant get "Silicon Sally" to ask for mail box and password. She just keeps talking through her message.
I have reset the CAll Pilot but I don't think that is the problem.
Is the process "* *" when she starts talking and then she asks for the input of the mail box and password or is there a different process?
