Remotelogfile error trying to pull log files from Raptor

I am trying to pull the logs for a Raptor remotely using remotelogfile. I have run clientrempass and have set the key properly. When I run the program, I get the following error:

open_remotelogfile: error 22

What could the problem be? Thanks...
