hi, a bit of a weird one here.

Got some system files under /var/tmp that have a prefix of D (not d to signal a directory).
if you run a file on them, it comes back as being a 'doorway to a remoted provider'.
these files are linked to a running process, but i have no idea what they are. Does anyone else know what they are??

thanks

Rich

The file is a door, and these are used for interprocess communication.
