RemoteApp Programs

We are currently running dynamics AX using TS Web Access RemoteApp.

We have TS setup to logoff/disconnect a user if their idle time exceeds 50 minutes. When the limit is met, a pop-up window comes up, telling the user the limit has been exceeded. After closing the pop-up, TS is picking up mouse movement and therefore not showing the remoteapp as idle. Has anyone had similar remoteapp issues?

yes, we run several applications as remote apps and have exactly the same issue and have not found a suitable solution.

If we have users log into the terminal server and run their apps via remote desktop the timeout works perfectly.

When the same user runs the same apps via remote applications, the disconnect dialog appears but does not perform correctly.

Wish i had a solution for you, but at least you know you are no alone.
