Hi all
I have an ip office R11.0.4 and when i connect ixworkplace from my pc through vpn is seas it as remote worker.
Local ip is 192.168.0.1 and vpn ip is 192.168.1.1.
i have a mikrotik for the vpn and when i enable sip in service port the phone does not require remote worker license but no voice.
Is this correct? Do i need remote worker license through vpn?

If the VPN router NATs users to the local network they will be seen as remote extension since they all come from the same IP.

You need to assign each VPN user their own IP.

The system sees the vpn user registered with gateway ip ie 192.168.0.1.
You mean to remote the nat option from the vpn?

Disabling the nat on router did the trick
