Hello everyone
I have a customer with an IPO woth 8.0.42
Using 9620 phones offsite
System is equipped with a combo card for VCMs
Trouble is when they log in. They have dial tone
and make or receive a call. After that no dial tone
and can't talk after answering a ringing call.
I can watch through system status the phone ringing,
the user answering the call and grabbing a VCM.
Outside party can't be heard and outside party can
hear user.
Any ideas?
