Would it be better to forward hunt group calls or twin them. A couple of departments are starting to work from home. I'm thinking a twinning solution may be better than forwarding because if I forward calls and the employee is already on a call then the caller will experience a busy signal or go to voice mail. I want to the hunt group carousel to work just like as if they were all at the office. Any suggestions? Thanks.
