I believe I am having issues with certificates. My IX Workplace on my phone will open, not show any errors however I never get the green check mark. It does however show call history. I can reach my 46xxsettings.txt file from the FQDN. My setup is an IPO with VM Pro running on an application server in which I created all of the certificates from
Below is the process I did:
Downloading the IP Office root certificate:
Generating an IP Office identity certificate:
-Subject Alternative Names (SAN’s)
DNS:FQDN
DNSomain
URI:sip:FQDN
URI:sipomain
Generating an identity certificate for the ASBCE:
A1
B1
-Subject Alternative Names (SAN’s)
DNS:FQDN
DNSomain
