Remote VPN IP Phone issues

I have a client running a 406v2 with 3.2.57 using 5620 phones. The remote phone is a 5620. It is able to dial out as well as dial digital extensions in the office. However, it cannot dial another IP phone. Has anyone run into this? Thanks.

Disable DirectMediaPath on this extension.

Oh, did not read the question properly.

Can it ring other ip extns but no speech or does the other ip set really don't ring at all.

In the first case it is the direct media path in the second case i have no idea.

It rings the IP extensions fine, but no speech at all. Direct media path was already disabled. Thanks for responding.
