Remote Voicemail Access

Just looking to figure out how the customer can call in from outside the system and access their voicemail box. I can't seem to find the right code to dial once you get transfered into the auto attendant or if someone transfers you to your own voicemail.

For your own mailbox, use one of the breakout codes, I usually use the *3 breakout with 777 as the destination. Off the attendant, you can do a transfer action to Voicemail Collect. Make sure you go to View and uncheck "hide admin tasks" at the top bar to be able to see the advanced user settings for option 1.
