Remote Voicemail Access by DDI

IP office 403 V 2.1(27) and a DT 30 and Voicemail Lite

I want to setup a DDI to have on number for remote access to users voicemail. Is this possible and how would you do it.

I Think i would have to direct the DDI - *17 etc

Route DDI to Voicemail (1st option in drop down box)
If the presented CLI mathces a V entry in source numbers you will be taken directly to your mailbox otherwise you will be prompted for extn number & password.

And if you get 'this mailbox is not configured for remote access' - make sure each 'remote' user has a password set (a voicemail one - not a phone one).
