I recently took on a customer with the Elite IPK 64 Telephone system with the CTI Voicemail. This voicemail has an onboard connection for a monitor and keyboard and a RJ11 jack on it.
The RJ 11 jack is connected to and analog port on the switch.
I can go on site and and do changes to the VM but when I try remotely Cosession connect's but just stay's on the black screen then it try's the login and password.
I checked the setup onsite and it say's login: voice
password: support.
I tried that but no luck.
Am I missing something here?
