Remote VM Access

We installed and old PartnerMail system and don't have the manuals, and, although I'm not stupid, I can't seem to figure our how to get vm remotely. Can you help?

I HAVE A PARTNER MAIL THAT WHEN YOU TRY TO GET WOUR MESSAGE IT TELLS YOU THAT THE MESSAGE HAS BEEN LOST.

this is for ctcfonman-- I had this problem also. Seems my box wasn't Y2K compliant. When mail boots up it come up with a date of 1978 so messages in the "future" just get lost. I put my VM on a small UPS and so far this has helped.

To acess vm remotely press *7 after it answers, then enter ext and password like you normally would.
