Is there a way to retrieve Voice Mail messages from "outside" the system (dial into an extension's box, then enter a code)?

Just curious...vacation time is coming soon, and I want to keep after my messages!

try *7 which is *r - r is for retrieve, *3 is *d for delete and *8 or *t for transfer -

Great...now I can check messages while away, and irritate my family at the same time (perhaps this wasn't such a great idea, after all....)
