Remote Viewing not working after XP SP2

We have a system with zen 4.0 rev b and we installed XP SP2 on the system. Following that, remote view and remote control don't work. He selects the system but it says processing and never connects. We have the firewall disabled through a GPO. We uninstalled SP2 and he is still having the problem. Has anyone else had this and have found a fix for it?
