According to my information it is compatible with 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0, and 2000*
*Windows 2000 installation groups all shortcuts into one folder on Start Menu instead of into various subfolders and does not create a shortcut for NVM Manager for use with NVM 3.0 (creates a shortcut for NVm Manager/ NVM 4.0 only) MRoberts
