Company with internal office staff and remote sales team...

Recently changed an Exchange 2003 (SBS2003) server from using POP3 connector to an SMTP feed. Previously the exchange server was using the POP3 connector to download the emails for the internal office staff.
The remote sales team were dialling up and collecting their own POP3 mail.

Because both internal office staff and remote sales team use the same domain name someone@domainname.com the exchange server now collects it all. The sales team still want to be able to view emails offline but also to sync their calendars with their exchange accounts so that the internal office staff can view them.

So the question is...how to do it?

Outlook web access will allow online calendar, email etc but cannot be viewed offline.
POP3 will only download email and not calendar, contacts etc.
IMAP (unless its Outlook 2003) doesnt work well with calendar functions. Even Outlook 2003 seems to be a pain in the arse!

Is there any third party software that can help?

Really appreciate this guys!
