I am having a problem with my remote users(ie Users dialing in) changing their passwords when they expire.
I am using a Cisco 5300 for remote access. Users dial in and log into the Domain but if their password is set to expire, they don't get prompted to change it so they can't get logged in.
Does anyone know a way around this?
Thanks in advance Says the Manager to the person that invented the modem: "Tell me again why you need two prototypes?!?"

Oddly enough we too have that issue, all we can do is either have the user mark in their Outlook Calander (or similiar client) when they made their password change and to set the reminder about 5 to 10 days before the password expiration period comes up. Or set your remote users to password never expires. The later stinks :) The remote users kinda griped at first, but now our calls to reset the passwords have been slim to none :) If we find better ways ill hollar.
